 + 2 moreThe design and construction of our home theater took over 2 years. Anyone planning a theater of this caliber will find that it can be extremely challenging without the proper assistance. By working with a group of experts, we learned that you can eliminate the risk and be rewarded with an incredible experience by choosing your theater team wisely. Without the inspired input and coordination of the phenomenal professionals from SoundSense the perfection we've experienced would not have been possible. SoundSense was always very punctual, clean and professional. They're not the least expensive choice, but their pricing is very fair because they provide tremendous quality and they deliver what they promise. They finished the project on time and on budget and go out of their way to provide assistance wherever they are needed. If we were to rebuild the theater today, we wouldn?t change a thing, especially the people we worked with. Bonnie Schnitta and Melissa Russo at SoundSense were indispensable, providing needs assessment, overall project proposal, scheduling and coordination, advice, foresight, direction, and installation from inception to completion and should be given much of the credit for the total success of the project. Description of Work: SoundSense was instrumental in creating just the right acoustics for our Custom Home Theater. They designed a completely isolated audio system which keeps the sound emanating from the very powerful amplifiers and sub woofers from penetrating the rest of our home. They worked very well with our general contractor providing the design and acoustical treatment materials necessary to produce acoustical perfection. In addition, SoundSense's staff installed beautiful sound panels that are both elegant and functional, producing the most relaxing environment we have ever experienced. They also helped with the theater's interior design and the motorized blackout shades.
