Quality Air Care Cleaning

Contacted the company by phone and left message with secretary. Tracy  called me back within 10 minutes. We set up a date. I had to postpone the date because my house wasn't ready for the service. Tracy gladly rescheduled . The morning of the service, Tracy called me to tell me that the guys would be arriving between 9 and 930. They arrived as scheduled. The men put shoe covers on over their shoes to protect my floors. They vacuumed my floor registers and then blew out the ducts with compressed air. All this was done with no dustiness. They used some sort of device to scour out the ducts and then sprayed some organic spray to discourage mold growth in the ductwork. the men then vacuumed up any residual dust around the registers, cleaned up their drop cloths etc. and were on their way. the workers were pleasant too.
