It was easy to make an appointment with Quackenbush, and they arrived as promised. After ten years in this house, I figured it was time to find my septic system and pump it out. It was hard to find the tank, as the cover was four feet underground. Once he found the tank, he arranged to return the next day with a mini-backhoe, extender rings to raise the cover and the pump truck to pump everything out. Quackenbush gave me a firm price for all the services, and returned the next day and completed the work, including reseeding the area that had been dug up. The quality of the work was high. The only glitch was that their return on the second day was later than promised, and we needed to be up Island before he could finish. He texted me a picture of the finished work for approval, and we called his office and gave them our credit card after seeing the finished work. All in all, it was a very good experience.
Description of Work: Septic tank location, pumping and elevation of the tank cover for future ease of access.
