Arrives with a grew of 2-3 women. Has helped me out enormously when my house has been rented to others. Honest and reliable. Just put a lot of ice-tea and cookies out for the women, leave the house, go read the newspaper at the beach. Ms. Sigcha will call you when she's done! Very nice.
