I hired Carlos after an interview that included the scope of the work, a drawing of the layout as well as the question as to why I should hire him. Upon hiring he continually gave updates and an organized spreadsheet of when the project was to start and a timeframe for each phase. Work orders included a pricing of materials that gave me a good sense of price and a projected finished product. His professionalism included good communication skills in all aspects of the job. The decks included mahogany wood and glass panels. With his guidance and suggestions I ended up with 2 beautiful decks.

Wood Stairs and Railings Installation and Replacement
Carlos repaired and in places replaced the railings on our sizable balcony and painted them. He did a great job. Communicating with Carlos is easy, he is responsive, adaptable and understanding. Always wants his clients to be happy with his work. A really nice person to work with.
