Heating and Air Conditioning Service
$10,000
Jim proposed a good system and then took a $10,000 deposit.  He immediately did carpentry work and then had excuses that the heat pumps had not been delivered.  After a few weeks of not completing the project it became impossible to contact him via email or phone. A criminal complaint is being filled with the police.  His is a criminal and nobody should contract him to do any work.
