+ -1 moreIt took them at least six visits to complete the job. We had to call them after each visit to tell them what they had missed. The manager had an attitude each time we called and would always find an excuse for the problem. When the pool lights were left on for several days, the manager would not acknowledge that his team had left the lights on. They did not complete the work in a satisfactory way on time. We would never recommend East Hampton Poolshark to anyone.
Description of Work: The service was simply to open and clean our pool and spa for the 2016 summer season. The total cost was more than double what we used to pay our previous pool service to open the pool.
