Howard is untrustworthy and walks out on his invoices. He owes Dan's Papers and The Independent for advertising he ran, which he acknowledged and that he slipped and slided from paying. Don't trust him.

Very high quality work. Very POOR responsiveness and follow-up. What would otherwise be a beautiful (if expensive) mahogany deck suffers from 8-10 problems which I will have to fix myself, or hire someone to fix. It is really a shame, as his guys do good work. My mistake was paying in full when the job was 'mostly' done.
