This was a very positive experience. The CarpetPro folks- Luis Vargas and his associate- were responsible- timely, and very professional. They moved all the furniture and replaced with padding underneath to eliminate indented marks on the carpeting as it dried. They returned to complete some tacking of loose carpet edging without me needing to call to remind them.
All in all- very good company and nice people.
