Naum Shkaf Painting and Roofing

We requested bids to repaint our home after we moved out; we selected this provider as his bid was exceptional. He knew the date the housecleaning service was scheduled to start and assured us he could meet this date. He started on time and called us that night, we discussed the timeline and he said nothing about not being able to meet the deadline. The housecleaning service arrived as scheduled and found he had not completed the job, his equipment was still in the house, but, he wasn't; they were unable to do their work as scheduled. We called and spoke with him and agreed on a date his work would be completed. When he was done he called us and we sent a check. As we were out of town a neighbor went in to check the work and found it unsatisfactory. We immediately called him and he agreed to return to the house and fix the issues. When the neighbor checked again, the issues had been corrected. When we went to the house several weeks later we felt the work was sloppy.

My experience with them has been excellent so far. They are still doing the job.

We had an apartment turnover and needed a complete painting. Naum did a great job and even fixed a few minor things before hand. I have used Naum on multiple occasions for painting and odd jobs and have never been disappointed. The fact that Naum carries insurance and is easily accessible is a plus for me. It's easy enough to submit my work orders via email to him.
