Great customer service!

I placed a call to Home Quality LLC looking for a price estimate for window and door retrofits.  I was hoping for an appointment within a week or so---   Larry came by the next morning and I had a price quote the following day.

Larry and his helper, Brett, were alway on time.  The work quality was excellent.  They repaired the walls and trim and even re-painted the areas around the windows and doors. 

At the end of each work day, they completely clean up so I never had to deal with a mess.  I also appreciated how careful Larry and Brett  were around my dogs who constantly wanted to "check in" with them throughout the work day. 

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Home Quality LLC and will certainly use them again.

We had one very large master bathroom on the first floor which guests used when they visited. We were not happy with that arrangement and asked Larry to divide that large bathroom into two bathrooms - a large one for the master bath and a small 1/2 bath for guests. He did it We had a large storage area that was wasted space. We asked Larry to make it into a private bedroom with a full bath.  This meant he had to bring water and heat to that area.  He did it!We had a huge rec room.We asked him to create a bedroom using part of this space. He did it!Now our house is large enough to have our children and their families (and our grandchildren) all come visit at the same time! Larry is awesome.

Larry did an excellent job.  He replace all wood that had rotted.  He made suggestions about moving windows for a better view and giving us more space in some rooms.  All his suggestions were perfect.  He did the work with one or two helpers and watched carefully what was done.  At the end of each day, he inspected the area and picked up any debris. Our yard was always neat.  When he was done, we felt we had a new house.

Shingles from our old roof kept being blown off by the wind and we wanted a special roof - Ecostar Majestic Slate (really plastic).  Larry had never worked with this material and he called Ecostar and requested a representative come show him exactly how it should be installed it (so we could qualify for the lifetime (50 years +) guarantee).  Larry learned quickly and the Ecostar agent came to answer questions and judge his work.  We were very impressed that Larry was so meticulous with the installation.  He wanted to do it the correct way and he did.  He also had to install 30 skylights on this roof which is very steep on the South side.  He did a superb job.

Larry Maxwell and Home Quality do really good work. They are thorough, take pride in their work and do it right. They had to replace two skylights. All work was done right, flashed correctly and the drywall work was completed and ready to paint. They even came back to fix a small bulge in the siding that adjoined the roof job. These are nice people that you don't have to worry about having in your house to work. If there is any knock on this contractor, and I'm reaching a bit, it is that he is a small operation and it can sometimes take a bit for a call back or to schedule. It takes a while because he does good work at a fair price!
