I thought he was very good, I would use him again. We had some problems with it, it was not an easy system to install because it was very complicated. He came back 3 times to make sure it worked. He worked on it and it didn't go quite right. He fixed it and we still had a problem so he came back and just came back. He said he wasn't leaving until we were satisfied and he didn't. He was absolutely super. I'm planning to use him again.
