They came out to fix the window and I had them check a total of 14 windows. Windows needed to be lubricated, have clutches replaced, and balances also needed to be replaced. I had used him back in June of 2007 and was very happy with him on both instances. It's a small father and son business and they are very nice, honest, low-key people. They are straight forward, which is hard to find in the city of New York.
