+ -1 moreEverything went well. Job was finished in 2 days. Roof look nice and all debris removed. Workers was professional. I noticed 1 week later the attic fan was not working. Mike came by and looked at the fan. They did not think it was their fault. The attic fan was old. They say they will replace the fan as part of customer service. They replaced the old fan and put in a new fan. When they replace the old fan, mike noticed it was a loose wire. Since they brought a new fan, they replaced the old fan with the new fan. Excellent job
Description of Work: Remove existing roof (all debris necessary) Provide Dumpster for all debris removal Provide and Install approximately 46 bundles of asphalt shingles (homeowner chose color) Provide and Install felt paper throughout entire roof (4 rolls) Provide and Install Ice shield throughout entire roof (2 rolls) Provide and Install drip edge Provide and Install 1 ½ inch flange pipe Provide and Install 1 2inch flange pipe Provide and Install aluminum flashing where needed Provide and Install 110 feet of caps Provide Permits to township if necessary (will check with township) Provide and Install approx. 100 ft of gutter guards Provide and Install approx. 9 new board
