Heating and Air Conditioning Service
The condensate pump has been a problem from the very beginning. At night it is so loud I cannot get to sleep. I have told More Air numerous times the pump noise is UNACCEPTABLE. They have said repeatedly that is the nature of the pump and it is my tough luck. I have stated numerous times I wanted an new if not different pump. I only recently got a price for the same pump ($300 for the pump, $300 labor to install) and they have finally stated I am NOT the only whom has complained about the pump. Another customer had stated to More Air that after he had the condensate pump replaced, it was still noisy but not as loud. Now I must determine if it would be worth over $600. I wish I had never gone to More Air Mechanical in the first place.
