I called to learn their business hours, then brought the piece to the shop. They work very efficiently in their small shop. Toby gave a price, answered my questions about the wood and the upholstery (no leather, pre-dates plastic, must be oiled canvass) and said it would be ready withinin a week. It was ready when promised and seems to be a very good job.
