Vacuum Cleaners
We purchased a high end Vacuum from Supervacuums(apprx $1000.00). Through our misuse we caused the vacuum to severely clog up. In early January we took it in for service expecting to pay for a complete cleaning. After repeated calls to the store trying to get an estimate (none were returned), I finally got through to the tech who told me he'd called my wife the day before. Our phones store incoming calls, no such call was made. He told me the vacuum needed a new motor, motherboard and switches at a cost of $400.00. I authorized the repairs. It needed and recieved none of the mentioned items. After a month in the shop they called to say it was ready and at no cost. They never cleaned a thing and replaced only the filters that the warranty covered.
This store sells very nice vacuums BUT NEVER GO THERE FOR SERVICE.
