Sorties showroom is about an hour drive from my house but I had a poor experience with Lowes and Home Depot and heard a radio ad for Sortie Creations and figured I would take a ride out and see what they offered. Not only is their customer service much more knowledgeable and friendly but their options for counter-tops exceed that of the major retailers. I was initially looking for granite but the cost is a little out of my range so we decided to go with a granite-looking laminate counter-top. Sortie Creations was always very responsive and I was able to communicate with them via email so I didn't have to drive all the way out to their main location. Pricing was much better than the major retailers and I know Sortie treats their employees and customers a lot better. Installation was done by true professionals who were timely and easy to talk too. I plan on moving out of the area but will continue to recommend Sortie to everyone I know and would most definitely use them again.
