+ -1 moreI had 4 different contractors look at this project. Each had an idea on how the project might be accomplished. Settled on Dennis Spiewak(Seasoned Gentleman), not the lowest price but felt he had the expertise to do what I was looking for. He explained in detail how he intended to do it. His craftmanship and attention to detail accomplished the project. Very happy with the result!
Description of Work: Repaired 4 wooden structural posts, leveled deck, replaced stair stringer and leveled/straightened wooden support posts.
