 + -1 moreSLOW TO MEET WORK DEADLINES; ALWAYS HAS COLOSSAL TALES OF INJURY, OR AUTO ACCIDENTS AS EXCUSES. ARGUMENTATIVE AND UNREASONABLE ABOUT FINISHING THIS JOB SINCE HE HAS ALREADY BEEN PAID IN FULL. CHALLENGED ME TO TAKE HIM TO COURT ABOUT THE REMAINDER OF THE WORK. IT HAS BEEN 2 YRS SINCE THE START OF THIS JOB AND OVER A YEAR SINCE ANY WORK HAS BEEN DONE. I WANT THE JOB COMPLETED AND WISH TO HIRE SOMEONE ELSE AND MR PRESSING CAN PAY ME FOR THAT COST.
Description of Work: KITCHEN REMODEL THAT HE DRAGGED OUT FOR 2 YRS AND STILL HASN'T FINISHED. HAS BEEN PAID IN FULL THEREFORE NOT INTERESTED IN FINISHING THE FIT AND TRIM THAT IS LEFT. ALWAYS HAS A STORY OF POOR SAM WHEN APPROACHED ABOUT GETTING WORK DONE.
