SLOW TO MEET WORK DEADLINES; ALWAYS HAS COLOSSAL TALES OF INJURY, OR AUTO ACCIDENTS AS EXCUSES. ARGUMENTATIVE AND UNREASONABLE ABOUT FINISHING THIS JOB SINCE HE HAS ALREADY BEEN PAID IN FULL. CHALLENGED ME TO TAKE HIM TO COURT ABOUT THE REMAINDER OF THE WORK. IT HAS BEEN 2 YRS SINCE THE START OF THIS JOB AND OVER A YEAR SINCE ANY WORK HAS BEEN DONE. I WANT THE JOB COMPLETED AND WISH TO HIRE SOMEONE ELSE AND MR PRESSING CAN PAY ME FOR THAT COST.
