Description of Work: This man advertises in the local Pennysaver that he can do tiling, plumbing, carpentry "no job too small". I had a very small issue with a leaking faucet. I spoke with him on the phone and he presented as being capable of doing the job. Before the nightmare was over, he had broken the faucet, done something to make water run from the upstairs into my kitchen and caused so much damage that all I could do was tell him to leave. The faucet could not be repaired. Since this is an old home, a new one to fit that sink is no longer made. So, the sink can no longer be used. I will also have to replace the bathroom floor. At one point he came downstairs to casually ask for a spray bottle as he had heated a pipe and thought it was too hot.! He became very belligerent when I asked him to leave and I called a neighbor to come over as I was most uncomfortable to be alone with him. When you Google this man, his name comes up as an artist. I don't know how his art is, but do not hire him to do ANYTHING in your home. I know some people would have taken him to small claims court, but I wanted nothing further to do with him.
