Recently purchased a home which had a flexible vent pipe run under a crawl space and out the side of the home. For safety reasons I wanted a rigid pipe and visible for the entire run. Jon was very professional and thorough. i was very happy with the quality of the work.

I called the company phone number that was advertised, they gave me information and took my name. I think I made my appointment at that time. They also gave me the visit fee. They asked if I wanted the technician to call me, I said yes because my problem was not typical. The technician called in a timely manner and I discussed my problem. He told me he would not charge the visit fee if he could do the work. He came at the scheduled time in the morning and assessed what needed to be done. I had just had a new vent line installed and he told me it was not in code. He gave me an estimate for the work . I told him to proceed. My vent line was never installed properly when my place was built. The hose was longer than usual and was not connected properly to the outside vent cover. Therefore exhaust from the dryer continued to came back in. He also did the AF and VAC testing. As he proceeded throughout the day if something needed to be done he would check to make sure I approved. He custom built the vent hose to repair the problem. He had to go outside many times in the back where the vent cover was. He was always careful about bringing in dirt. He stayed until the work was completed, which was 7:30 pm. I was very satisfied with the work. Finally, someone took the time to properly fix it! He cleaned up the area before he left. I highly recommend this person.

It went excellent.  My dryer is finally working like it should.  Before he came my clothes took 2 hours to dry.  He determined that my vent to my built in dryer was actually kinked and he replaced it properly.  He got on my roof and checked and cleaned out the vent and cleaned up all of the lint he got out of the vent that landed on my roof.  He was prompt, professional and knowledgeable.  I would highly recommend him.
