Auctions International Inc

Following completion of my faxed application and wire transfer deposit, I called and left messages at Auctions International on Thursday, October 20, Friday, October 21 and Monday October 24, to confirm my application and deposit, without a reply.  On Tuesday, October 25, 2011, prior to the 9:00 AM auction opening, I attempted to access Auctions International's website to place bids.  I was not authorized or allowed to access their online auction.  I again called and spoke to auction employees, who stated my wire transfer was not received, I was not authorized to bid and I did not have an account..  After I called my bank and confirmed my wire transfer was sent and received by Auctions International on October 20, 2011, I again called for authorization to place bids.  I was then told my wire transfer funds were received, but not placed in my auction account.  Their technical support attempted to activate my account and provide authorization, but that too failed at 10:30 AM, one and a half hours after the auction began, it was too late.  I thanked the employees for their time and requested the return of my wire transfer deposit, bank fees and credit card charges.  On October 31, Auctions International return wire transferred my deposit.  My bank charged $20 for each wire transfer and Auctions international charged a $10 credit card fee to bid online, which I still have not been able to access.  I spent $50 for an attempt to bid online.  At least my wire transfer deposit was located and returned six days following the auction.
