Customer service for this place in unbeatable. We had a bit of a delay in the estimated time of installation. It took about 8 weeks to get our windows instead of the quoted 4-6. To remedy this, they offer to waive the painter's fees for all 4 windows we had installed (new construction - hence the hefty price tags). They guys did really great work. I was really impressed at the attention to detail. One of the windows arrived slightly bent in a place not integral to the function, but they called for a new one on the warranty and we got a free window out of it. Will definitely call again to do the rest of our windows.

In this day and age it is difficult to find a contractor who you can trust to do the job right. Bob and his team do everything the right way. This begins when they discuss the job with you. Their ideas are outstanding and we have trusted their recommendations which have resulted in outstanding outcomes. When the job begins they always were on time and most importantly, when they started the job they worked on it continuously until it was completed. There was no job hopping. Their attention to detail is something that I cannot thank them enough for because they are not satisfied with a job that is complete. It has to be done Bob and Ronnie-right. Lastly, I would like to say that their work is really not in the class of contractors. They are craftsmans.

Project was well run from the initial sale through to the delivery, installation, clean-up and final project close-down.

All Window and Door Solutions representatives were very courteous, prompt, and provided necessary follow-up.  In a project of this size and with some complexities, there are bound to be a few issues.  I can honestly say that the issues were minor and when brought to the attention of the owner or project manager, they were addressed promptly to our satisfaction.

Timeframe from start to end was exactly as promised.  No cost overruns were needed.

Installation crew arrived promptly and were here to oversee the delivery of the windows.

It was clear that our satisfaction was important to the company.

Overall my experience was excellent. When I placed the call to get an estimate they were able to come late after I got home from work to see what I wanted to replace and take the appropriate measurements. I received an estimate within 24 hours. As I reviewed the estimate and had questions they returned my emails promptly and with adequate detail. About 3 weeks after placing the order they called and said my material had arrived and would like to schedule installation. The crew arrived promptly when they said that they would. I believe that they did an excellent job installing the windows and doors. The finish carpentry of my interior wood trim was excellent. They match the previous stain perfectly and all the corners were mitered great. They did an excellent job cleaning up after themselves.  I was impressed that they replaced my rotted wood with the new cellular vinyl product that is maintenance free. I have seen the product in Lowes and it is not cheap. They could have used regular wood instead but they did it the right way and it should definitely be maintenance free.

Overall I give the crew that did my install a AAA rating.

We couldn't be happier with the both doors.  Each door has it's own specific details that set it apart from the other.  The patio door is more of a functional door that is used quite often. It is energy efficient, it has a much more secured locking system for our peace of mind, and it is a high quality door that was expertly installed.  Our entryway door was also expertly installed also with decorative carpentry added on both the inside and outside that were not in the original plans.  The craftsmanship was outstanding. The door selection took us some time to decide because there was so much to choose from however, Bob Flaglor the owner was patient and knowledgeable about the products he offers and helped us through the process.  

 Bob is and crew of craftsmen are 100% professionals with a keen eye for detail.  He was on the job making sure we were completely happy with the progress and gave us step by step details and always available if we had questions. The office staff had the same availability. 

Our entryway door is the most beautiful door in our neighborhood and we have had many, many compliments, it completely changes the look of our front entrance colonial so it doesn't look just like all the others.  It has also inspired at least three of home owners in our neighborhood to change their front doors. 

Not only would we use Window & Door Solutions, LLC again but we would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!!!
