My dog has a rare kidney disorder (Cystinuria) that requires specialized medicine and monitoring.  This vet clinic has been willing to work with me through the trials we have had obtaining her medication.  They spend time with their clients and listen to their feedback.

I brought my 160 pound Great Dane in very sick. After getting into some rotting grass, he developed bloody diarrhea and diarrhea. I dropped him off on a Saturday morning and picked him up the following Tuesday at noon. Everything went well. I was extremely upset but always felt better after Dr. Budik gave me an update. Dr. Budik never sugar-coated any of the updates and did express that he was a very sick dog. However, when the news was that he was and quot;stableand quot; then I knew he was on the mend. When I picked him up on Tuesday, Dr. Budik went over my dog's stay including lab work, medications. He then went over all the medication I would have to give him at home. He told me what each medication was and it's purpose, the dose, and length of time to give it to him. He also told me what to expect and assured me to call anytime with questions.

.I took my pets into them last week. They are knowledgeable. I take all my pets there. My daughter takes her pets there. They are very good and the vets are very nice and helpful. They are very good with the animals.

We love Dr. Budik and all of the staff at TVAH. We discovered him when he was recommended by another vet who could not help with our family's sick gerbil (yes, gerbil). We were so wowed by the care and compassion shown by Dr. B and his staff (he even sent a condolence card when the gerbil passed) that we did not hesitate to return when we got our dog a couple of years later. We have been happy patients of his practice since (for 12 years now). Prices are reasonable, all of the Drs. and staff clearly love animals (half of each appointment seems to be the staff letting my dog give kisses), and they explain each problem very well - and not as if you are a 5 year old. They treat every situation, no matter how silly or minor it might seem to you - with the utmost care and professionalism. The facility is in an older, less modern building, but it is always clean, and while there may only be three examination rooms, I've never had to wait long to be seen. I cannot recommend TVAH enough.

Requested appointment was promptly booked. Facility was well-organized and clean. Reception staff was pleasant. There was no wait to be seen at the appointed time. Dr. was professional and pleasant and responded to all of my questions. I thought the consultation fee was reasonable.

They do a good job and I have never had any problems with them. They are always friendly and good with the animals. I would highly recommend them to other people because they are reasonable and they provide great service.
