+ -1 moreStay away from this company. The guy that came out to check what was wrong with our heater clearly had no idea what he was doing. He stated he needed to order a part for it. After two weeks of not hearing from him, I called the company and was told it was the wrong part, and they were waiting for a new one. Several days went by, and I kept calling and no one would answer my phone call, after that. They would send my calls straight to voice mail. We had to have someone else come out and look at it. The problem? The filter! I guess it was a bit too complicated summation for Service First.
Description of Work: It was a service call to see what was wrong with our heater.
