HORRIBLE!!!! Do not trust these people! They will lie to you to get your money and then not build your house! Hey are in serious financial trouble....dont trust a thing they say!

We rented out the duplex on Sheridan Drive from Patrick Homes. First of all they don't tell you about the extra bills they charge you such as for the garage lights. We even took out the light bulbs for a month and they charged us the same amount! In addition, we moved out over a month ago and are still trying to get out rent deposit returned to us. I stopped by the Patrick Homes office the other day and the receptionist said I am not the first one to have to continually request the money and I still haven't gotten it back yet. This company is not professional and tries to get your money any way they can. Stay away!
