Evaluate knee problem

I heard from several people, including my primary physician, that Dr Lanighan is an excellent doctor to see for my carpal tunnel problem. They told me that he uses a less invasive method of surgery for carpel tunnel which requires less down time with excellent results.  Dr Lanighan examined my wrists and his PA did nerve testing to see what my problem was.  Since results were not conclusive, he gave me an injection of cortizone to see how I would respond and discussed what my future options might be depending on how well I responded to the injection.  I went back several weeks later for a recheck and the pain was still gone.  Dr Lanighan told me to come back if the pain reoccurs and he will reevaluate the situation.  If the need arises, I will definitely return to see Dr Lanighan.

I can't say enough superlatives and good things about my carpal tunnel surgery performed by Dr. Lanighan.  He did the newer, less invasive method and my down-time was only a week,as opposed to the more traditional six to eight weeks.  Dr.  Lanighan was genuine, attentive, very thorough and made everything run smoothly and efficiently.  I had to be at the surgical center at 7 AM, and I was home by 9 AM!  I highly, highly recommend Dr. Lanighan to anyone who is contemplating carpal tunnel surgery.  Don't put it off because you will just suffer needlessly.

They are great group of doctors and very well known. One of the doctors used to be the orthopedic surgeon for the Buffalo Bills. My family is used them for a long time.

The facility is very satisfactory. The staff and doctors there are excellent.

Dr. Douglas is very intelligent and professional and has excellent experience in treating knees. After ordering additional x-rays (he didn't like the ones I had brought with me) he concluded that surgery was a long ways away for my age-related complaints. I have had a series of injections each yr now and they have been very successful. He is happy to answer any orthopedic questions I have.

I had been putting off the procedure for many years because the original surgeon I saw wanted to do an open vs. endoscopic surgery.  I couldn't afford to be out of work for two weeks, with potentially longer recovery.  I had given up on it altogether until the symptoms became unbearable.  From the first appointment through the surgical follow-up it was simple, straightforward and smooth. He's a really personable man and an excellent surgeon. Recovery was quick and I will be having the other hand done soon.
