Hank the manager was great. He was helpful and asked if they should also do a free overall check on my car (I brought it in to have the windshield wiper fluid pump replaced).
He called same day and told me everything looked good and gave me the quote on the pump. I liked not getting a dog and pony show about needing lots more work done that wasn't necessary.
Fixed it right away and works good as new.

The shop appointment book was filled when I called, but they fit me into their schedule. 2.5 hours later I was again driving safely with new brakes. I was impressed with the overall quality of service from the start. The way they answered the phone set the tone.

It went fairly well, but I was disappointed with how long it took to get 2 tires installed (1+ hours), especially since I made an appointment and was not a "walk-in". Also, the second visit for an alignment was another 2 hours and it would have been nice if I had known ahead of time about how long the wait would be. I expect that if I make an appointment that I would be taken care of faster than a person walking in. On the up side, I was happy that the shop did not try to tack on additional services and fees that I was not prepared for. They seemed very honest.

Terrible, over priced, and some of the work failed within one year.

I'm a returning customer. They did a great job as usual. Hank Chimes, the manager, is a very nice, honest man, who knows cars, and who will treat you as a valued customer. His technicians are all great guys and obviously know their stuff. I came in without an appointment, and he was able to get me right in, and I was done in a couple of hours. As long as Hank is managing this store, he'll get all of my business. Also, for anyone reading this who wonders about "muffler and brake" in the name, please know they can work on just about any automotive problem you might have. If they can't repair it, Hank will recommend someone good who can.

We were expecting a high pressure sales job and were pleasantly shocked when we were told we didn't need the work. Their honesty was refreshing. You can bet we will take our car there when we actually do need the brakes.

I've used this particular Monro several times, and they have always treated me honestly and professionally. I've never felt as if they tried to take advantage of me, and they have even told me I didn't need new brakes when I suspected that I did. It would have been very easy for them to agree that I needed new brakes, and I would have paid without ever knowing I didn't need them. They have also told me about discounts I didn't know were available to help save me some money. I like these guys.
