Diana did a great job at listening to what we wanted and making the beds around our house beautiful. Two crews came out to do our landscaping so it was done in one afternoon. Cleaned up afterwards and followed up regularly to make sure we were happy with the work done. Would definitely recommend!

The nursery has excellent annuals and perennials. The staff is always helpful. There is a wide variety of products. I never leave the store empty handed. There is always something that becomes a perfect fit for my garden.

They were good and they did a nice job. The person we dealt with was receptive and her planning was excellent. She advised us about the plants and what she advised was correct. The work was done on time. They cleaned up well. They were nice people. Their professionalism and service was excellent. The price was fair and right in line with everybody else.

Workers were prompt and did the work fast and well. Done in 2 days. Communication with supervisor was easy and responsive. Lawn came in beautifully. VERY satisfied with new lawn.

I called to make an appointment and had my phone call returned promptly by the landscape coordinator/planner. He came to the house, listened to what I was looking for and came back with an easy to maintain, right on budget plan. He walked me through maintenance and always was available for questions. We planted late in the season so I can't wait to see how everything will come up!

The bonsai tree is thriving. It's very pretty in its humidity tray, and I want to buy another bonsai in the spring so that I have a pair.

The cleanup was great--terrific crews, hardworking, friendly. Promised landscaping job never materialized due to Landscaper Tim not returning calls and basically dumping the project. Was rude and dismissive when finalyl reached about this issue. The owner was initially understanding, but then did not communicate or respond to calls. Left holding the bag for a job which then had to be delayed until next year. Bad, unprofessional behavior. Go somewhere else for the money!

1) trim was done OK without additional area orally agreed on. Subsequent calls were not answered.



2) After walk-around the property, we were promised: email pictures of various plants so we could choose, and after choice, an estimate. However, pictures never arrived. Subsequently, many calls, emails, voicemails - at least 14 to salesman and all Menne departments were totally ignored.



3) We would have appreciated a call if they did not want the job. However, no response at all, ever.



This non-response was also detrimental because it delayed selection of another provider during Spring planting season.

Took a long time to get them to call back to make an appt. for them to just come out to see what I wanted. Kept calling and didn't return call until over a month later. Finally when called, came to assess work and made appt. Came on day they said they would. Workers were polite and worked hard, however I didn't think the garden created in the back corner yard was professional work for the amount of money this job cost. Looked like something I would have created. Asked them to border backyard fence with white boards and didn't like the amateur look to that job either. Overall, they are good with weeding and trimming, but actually developing a garden landscape, I was not impressed with. They are way too expensive for sub-standard work I received. Plus, in my opinion, takes too long for them to schedule you if you aren't doing a and quot;bigand quot; job.

They also have landscape services. I like that place. That have beautiful Christmas time displays and they sell stuff which are wonderful. Their prices are expensive. There are different aspects to that company. I do enjoy the holiday displays and the holiday products that they sell. They have a lot of really nice stuff during the holidays. We have a lot of nurseries around here. I don't tend to buy flowers there. Their gardening supplies and their outdoor flowers and plants are very expensive. However, I find that their indoor plants are good. I have also taken plants there to be re-potted and plants that had some diseases. They have taken care of those for me and have done a very good job.

They knew their business.

They are very professional, know their business, prompt in their response, and are very personable.

My neighbor and I had decided to do a project together on our property line. From that we decided that we wanted them to landscape into the rest of our yard. The yard is beautiful! Almost my entire yard is landscaped now.

Menne Nursery was great. I have used them in the past: about 18 years or so. They do a beautiful job and we have a good relationship. The only thing is I wish that I had them weed out the ground covering as well.
