JC Mechanical

Have had JC Mechanical servicing my childcare centers HVAC for 6 years now. During recent hot weather one of my commercial AC units conked out. Called JC and they came right away. When parts and repair were required we were expecting it to take some time. We heard from them at 8pm that the parts were in and the AC was running! They didn’t want the little ones to be hot and uncomfortable! Not many companies provide this kind of caring service any more. I highly, highly recommend this company!

I liked his cooperative nature generally. After a short discussion he was willing to install a brand of tankless water heater other than he generally would. His price was acceptable although I would have liked it a little cheaper. I took a chance on him when searching for an installer because I learned he was a brother in faith from a Christian radio station. The quality of work seems good and he seems to have the knowledge to back up the work he does also.

He did end up replacing it bringing in portable heaters to keep me comfortable until it was up and running. He was meticulous when he worked putting plastic over all my carpets keeping it very clean. He always answered or returned my calls immediately and came over many times until the job was done. He was always on time and really seemed very knowledgeable and proficient at his job. I still have Chad come yearly to check my system! I would and have highly recommended JC Mechanical to anyone looking for furnaces, air conditioning , or hot water heaters!
