I called Heim Electric seeking their help at about 8:00 A.M. They arrived at my house at 10:15 A.M. Better service could not be had! Billie and Michael immediately checked out the outlets that I described to them and replaced four of them. They even tested/checked out three additional outlets. They updated the identification of what each circuit covered on the circuit breaker. I am so grateful for their promptness as I feared an electrical problem could possibly cause a house fire. I found the cost of their services to be extremely reasonable. I would definitely hire them again if I face another problem and would give them the highest possible rating and recommendation.

Work was done by a father and son team who worked quite well together. They were reliable, friendly yet professional, and definitely seemed to know what they were doing. When I previously employed the services of Heim Electric in both June of 2014 and June of 2018, I had similar experiences. I highly recommend their services.

Michael and his Pop's basically rewired my entire house and garage for less than half the cost that other companies quoted me. They were very professional and cleaned up after they were done. It took the two man team 4 days to complete project. They are very honest and even cleaned my dryer vent and did a few projects at no cost. They always arrived late but they were consistently 30 minutes late:) My dog absolutely was fascinated watching Michael work, as was I. He always greeted me with his amazing smile and gorgeous eyes. I highly recommend, I only wish I could hire them for my other projects. Thank you Billie and Michael!

Bill and Mike came out on a Saturday morning and I told them what I was looking for, I had an estimate emailed to me the same day. The actual work was done over two separate days, I was able to leave and they got their work done. These guys are true professionals and the work was right in my budget. Highly recommended.

It went great, Bill was able to come over the same day I called, and he quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. It ended up being a loose wire in one of our outlets that was causing the issue. He replaced it with a new one quickly.

Bill was one of the best contractors i have ever dealt with since owning my home , a truly professional business owner who cares about his customers .

Bill arrived on time and was very professional and friendly. My husband and I felt very comfortable with him and his son who accompanied him. My kitchen chandelier over my snack bar had stopped working and he checked all the wiring and fixed the problem which turned out to be a loose screw holding the wires. In the basement he could find nothing wrong so he is going to return with two new led fixtures. Update: bill and his son returned and completed the job. He ended up replacing the two dated florescent fixtures with LED lights that he had recommended. They are wonderful, throws tons of light, but it's much softer than the fluorescent. He said we'd probably never have to replace a bulb again. Bill is just wonderful and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Bill does good work and is fun to have at the house.  This is the 3rd project he's done for me in the past year.

Not much to say other than everything went smoothly. Mr. Heim was quite friendly and very willing to discuss how he was going to proceed on each job, quoting a price before proceeding on each item.

After a power surge that required the assistance of the fire department i contacted another Angies List provider who referred me to Bill Heim. Bill stopped over between jobs in the morning to assess my situation and helped me get my sump pump back up and running so a foot of water could be removed from the basement. He returned later in the day to get a good look at the panel and determine what had happened and what needed to be done. He returned the following morning and replaced the panel and ground, then checked everything out to make sure it was working. Bill went above and beyond what most electricians would do. My husband was out of town when this all happened and I was pretty shaken. Bill came by and got things rolling for me. He was professional, thoughtful and very thorough. i would highly recommend him.
