Electrical Service
Anthony did a terrible job.
To start with he didn't pay attention to the level of the other outlets along the counter and installed the new outlets too low. We ended up having to move them up because they would interfere with the backsplash when it was installed, but we still couldn't move them up to be level with the other outlets because he didn't leave enough wire. Pretty disappointing.
He spent a lot of time just looking at the wall, and saying, "Let me think". It made my husband very nervous so he watched his work very closely.
We ended up not having him do all of the work that we had planned to have him do because we did not have confidence in his ability. Therefore, we paid him less than what he quoted us and he couldn't understand why.
Then, one of the outlets would only work intermittantly, and then suddenly not at all. I contacted him to tell him about the issue and asked if he would come by and try to fix it. He replied by telling me he would not come out because my husband was a "pain in the a**" and that I was out of luck.
I explained that my husband was diffficult because he wasn't confident he knew what he was doing, and he proceeded to ask me why I asked him to come back then. I explained, why should I have to pay someone else to come out to fix something that should have been right the first time. Then he insulted me too.
He was very unprofessional as far as I am concerned and apparently needs more training in electrical and business ethics.
