I have had numerous problems with my fairly new HP laptop, and had to take it in to Empire PC for repair. I finally had to have the hard drive wiped and some small common errors corrected remotely. Patrick was extremely reasonable about his time, and had a persistence that I'm sure resolved the problem.. He has the ability to simplify what the customer needs to know and avoids giving extraneous information not relevant to the current problem. I left a computer repair business that actually charged me $55.00 to let me know my cord was broken. Patrick seems to run an honest business, and he conveys genuine interest in making certain the problem is totally resolved. I would highly recommend Empire PC for computer repair
