After a computer crash, Dana backed-up all the files, photos and documents. Then as recommended, he installed Windows 10 to upgrade the computer from Vista. He also spent time to explain the new OS and how to how to find my old documents, etc.

Terrible, he charged me more than he quoted and the computer works exactly the same way it did before bring it to him.

Early Saturday afternoon, I realized that my HP desktop computer would not power on.  I tried everything and suspected that it might be either a power supply problem, or the motherboard. That is where my abilities end.  
I looked to Angie's List for repair shops not too far from me. I quickly found DRM & ASSOCIATES-MOBILE COMPUTER SERVICES because of the positive reviews they received.  I called at about noon on Saturday afternoon and was expecting to leave a voicemail.  To my surprise, Dana answered the phone and agreed to look at the computer, as soon as I could bring it by.  I ran it right over since he was 15 minutes from my house.
To make a long story short, I got a call back at 2:30 that the computer was fixed. He had replaced my 300 watt power supply with a 450 watt unit and it was ready to go. All for under $100! I could not believe it.  Dana was very pleasant to work with and I will absolutely use him again in the future. THANKS!

Great job!   Computer is so fast now - much better than expected.  Dana added some great anti virus and malware programs and has it scheduled to do automatic scan & updates periodically. I was getting ready to finalize my income taxes on April 12th (I have to pay, so often wait until it's too close to the due date), went to turn on my Dell Studio XPS workstation and only got a flicker.  I pretty much knew it was either the power supply or the motherboard, so got a bit panicked.  I knew I had backed-up copies of files on an external HD, but wasn't sure I could get at them due to the way the backups were created.  Dell Customer Support took me through their initial checklist, but quickly confirmed that they couldn't help me.  So I checked Angie's List for computer repair services and came across the positive reviews of DRM.  I wasn't optimistic I was going to be able to get service right away on a Saturday, much less actually get the unit fixed.  But Dana answered and after a few questions said he thought he could fix it if I stopped over (his shop is only about 10 minutes from my house.  Dana started working on it as soon as I got there, confirmed that it was the power supply, pulled out the old one and put in a better one (500W vs. 300W), hooked it up and confirmed that it would boot right up.  The noted approximate cost included the power supply and labor, which I thought was pretty reasonable.  I couldn't have wished it to go any better.  So I came home, hooked up all the peripherals, and decided to right this review right away.  Thanks Dana for saving me late filing fees to the IRS.

If you are like me, you want to find someone you can trust to give you great service at a great price - no matter if you are buying a car or simply looking for someone to repair your computer.  Well...I can tell you that I will ALWAYS call DRM Computer Service from now on.  I took my laptop to DRM for repair, and Dana was an absolute professional from the minute we met.  After dropping my laptop off, Dana called me within hours to let me know what the problem(s) were - and gave me a "play by play" in terms of what it would take to get it back up and running.  Despite running into issues when trying to locate the parts (which Dana went well out of his way to locate parts at the most reasonable price), Dana got my laptop running again - better than before!  I was so impressed with his service that the day after picking up my laptop, I dropped of my home computer tower for Dana to take a look at.  I will never go anywhere else for computer repairs.  I found someone I can trust.

Dana responded to our call immediately, made an initial appointment and arrived right on time. He was professional, efficient and understanding of our limited computer skills. He called back the next day and arrived with the repaired laptop at the time he had scheduled. We are very happy with his work, his skills and his rates. We have already recommended him to a friend experiencing the same problems.

I was getting the dreaded "blue screen of death" and after running checks on my desktop PC, it indicated my hard drive was going to fail.  I had been getting this message for about a year and was ignoring it (not good, I know).  I contacted Dana after finding him on Angie's List and was quite impressed with the 5 reviews he received.  I initially contacted him via email and because it was Easter weekend, I called him on Tuesday (April 2nd) and we made an appointment for me to bring my PC to him on Thursday (April 4, 2013).  I met him at his home and he was very friendly and knowledgeable right from the get go.  Before he even took my PC inside to his office, he opened up the panel and blew out all the dust and gunk that had built up inside the unit.  Nice.  We discussed what I needed (a new hard drive and specific programs I had running on my computer) and I left my computer in his capable hands.
After having my PC for only 24 hours, Dana called and said he had replaced the hard drive, moved all my files/folders, etc. to the new drive, re-installed my Windows 7 Ultimate operating system, cleaned up the registry, reinstalled some standard programs I had on there originally, and added several security/maintenance programs to make my PC run so much more efficiently.  When I dropped off my computer, I also brought him a new 500 GB external drive which he also set up to auto back up my files/folders on a weekly basis.  I was able to pick up my computer on Saturday, April 6, 2013.  The only thing I had to do was reinstall some programs (specific to me) and re-install my peripherals (printers, label maker, etc.).  No big deal.  Everything is "back to normal" and I am a happy camper.  Come to find out, the hard drive he replaced would have been under warranty (3 years) if I had not procrastinated and brought my computer to him before December 2012.  My fault.
Overall, I was VERY pleased with Dana's expertise, professionalism and turnaround time to fix my computer.  For what he did, the price he charged was very reasonable and I won't hesitate to recommend him to my friends and family.  Thanks, Dana!

Dana was prompt neat knowledgeable friendly helpful great service.

It went great!  he arrived on time, had his company logo in plain view on his vehicle, and was well-dressed as you would expect from a professional.  He introduced himself and promptly went to work.  He explained each step as he performed it as well as telling me what I could do in future to prevent any problems. 

Whole experience took an hour and a half with all my expectations being exceeded rather than barely met.  He expalined his charges and also gave me a discount on the hourly rate, coming up with a more than reasonable amount.

I will definitely recommend his services to my friends, family, and co-workers.  I couldn't be more pleased.

I am highly satisfied with their work. They are very professional and very good at what they do. They take time to explain in detail about what they do. They are quite generous with their time as well as their prices. It cost me $200, but part of that was for the purchase of a part. I would definitely use them again in the future and also recommend them to others.

I called the company and Mr. McKinzie scheduled an appointment at my home, for which he was on time.  In checking the computer, a desktop, he found that it was so dusty he would need to take it back to the shop.  I didn't question this, it looked dusty to me.  Later that day, he called to tell me that the computer was "a mess" with explaination.  He saved all my documents, re-installed windowsXP and reloaded my programs.  He also install software and cannon PTR.  The difference in the efficiency in my computer was awesome.  Were the cleaning and repairs timely, I'd say - all done in a couple of days.

Outstanding service not only did he repair my computer but he cleaned it up removed some virus and junk and installed free of charge some programs to keep my computer cleaned up. he took the time to show me the programs and how they worked returned the part he replaced and gave me the paper work for the life time warranty for the new one ! All in less then 24 hours very pleasant to do business with, wish I had known about him sooner

Mr. McKinzie was very helpful and professional. We spoke by telephone and then I took the computer to him for repair. He fixed the computer and performed some "tune-up" work. I will definitely use his services again in the future.

I had used 4 computer services to come in and one of those people always pushes the button that gives the virus somehow. However, the technician from DRM & Associates has come in at about half to a third of their prices. One guy spoke to me for two hours and then billed me but this guy came in to do his work. He came in the next day itself and I have used him 3 times. Once when I called him, he told me that he wouldn?t be able to take the job and he told me that I should figure out in order to get someone to help me. It was something to do with the printer and he asked me as to why I have to pay him for that. He is very honest, fair, fast, prompt, fabulous, professional and thoughtful. He showed up on time. My husband?s work computer had a virus. So he came in order to take it and returned it the next morning. The last job lasted for 3 to 4 hours. There was a virus problem. So he installed anti-malware and updated it.

It turned out well and I was pleased. They were punctual, flexible w/ my schedule, and had a reasonable rate.
