It was the first time I had used them. They did a great job. They said they'd be over exactly when they came. They were done within 2 hours. I would highly recommend them. They were efficient, on time and very professional.

Ken was very prompt in getting back to us when we initially contacted him via email. He set up a meeting with my husband, and then with both of us, to look at his samples and pick out blinds. He also promptly called us when the blinds we ordered were no longer being made. He came back in person rather than have us order alternates over the phone. He was helpful in describing what was available. Ken called us as soon as the shades came in and immediately came out to the house to install them. He told me to call him if I have any questions or problems. He showed me how to use the blinds and explained the child protection knobs.
