The staff was very competent and very friendly. The vet clearly likes puppies. We were pleased with the service.

I have an adorable 9 week old puppy and first took him to City Creatures in Kenmore. It was OKAY there, but the staff wasn't very personable or informative. My questions weren't answered with much detail either. This is my first puppy so I was hoping for a little bit of helpful information.
I decided to take my pup to All Creatures Animal Hospital, just to compare. Wow! They were so nice and so helpful. They talked to me in detail about the concerns I had, explained things I should expect with my puppy, and really seemed to care about my puppy and me. I wasn't rushed at all, they took their time with us and it was easy to make an appointment.
I live in Kenmore, but it's worth the extra 20 minute drive. They made me feel like my dog will be taken care of by people who are not only competent, but caring. Their facility was nicer too, very clean, calming colors, and beautiful animal photography on the walls.

The dog has been there 10-12 years has had two ACL operations. He has eaten things that the vet has had to take address. They are very good and reasonable, the front desk crew is solid and they are overall good people.

They are welcoming to dogs and their owners. They are friendly and prompt and easy to deal with. They seem to cover six days a week and are pretty accommodating. They accept all types of creatures and I do mean creatures. I do think they are expensive.

I felt that they were wonderful and caring in this situation. They were very good about how they treated her and that goes a long way with me. I would highly recommend them as a vet.

I have used this vet for a long time and I am always confident that they will treat him well and make certain he stays healthy. There were no surprises at the visit, they got us in on time and always do unless there is an emergency, which is of course understandable. I would recommend their services as caring and thorough. I prefer not to quote a price right now, because I do not recall what it was and would hate to be off. I can tell you though they are reasonable for this area and very fair. They even throw the nail clipping in for free.

These are the best vets I have seen in the years since I have had animals. Dr. Albert and the rest of the staff are wonderful, very knowledgeable, and really care for your animal. They are creative in working for solutions with your problems. I won't let anyone else care for my dog and cat!
