VON BANK COLLISION & SVC CTR

I would deal with the owner any day of the week. He was the best part of the whole experience. But when I called the next day after my accident I spoke with a woman named Tammy. I will start off by saying I'm pretty sure she hates her job or she didn't take her happy pill for a few days. I asked her about my car an what shape it was in an the price. Well she told me my car was totaled and to send her 100 and the title and they would scrap it an call it even. I burst in to tears. There is now way that car was totaled. It was only damaged on the front pass side. An I know not that bad. So I told her I'd call back as soon as I could after I talk to my husband. I call back the next day. I tell her my name an she says to me oh yeah the one that was crying because of the car. Really? Your going to say that to someone. She then told me to get my car back it would be 900. 357 of it was to tow my car from the accident 11 miles away from there shop. Again told me my was not worth it. So I called around had a shop from down the rd from me go get it for 250. I then had to pay vpn banks 357 just to get my car. Now when I say they told me 900 that was with them doing nothing to my car not fixing it just bringing it back to me. So howies auto picked up my car told me no way was it totalled and fixed it for 400. Wow........ I got ripped off by this tow company. There is no way theycan charge this much. I will never ever go out that way again. But I will say the owner mike was the best part of it all. He helped me so much. An had a kind heart.
