It went extremely well. After his work the floor looks as good as when it was newly installed. I strongly recommend Powell Flooring.

Bill Powell met us at our house to look at our wood floors which need repair and refinishing. We are weekenders, and he was flexible to meet us on a Sunday. He arrived early, took his time to carefully look at the scope of the work, and provided a detailed estimate immediately afterwards.
Once we were ready for Bill to begin refinishing our floors, he was able to begin promptly. Bill worked quickly and thoroughly. He communicated with us regularly with updates and questions.
Bill's work has completely transformed the look of our floors. They were dirty, scratched and discolored, but after Bill's refinishing it is hard to tell that any of those issues existed before.
He is very skilled and his pricing is reasonable for the quality of work that he performs.
