Westchester Bathtub Re-Glazing & Refinishing

Excellent job. Moved into new place and tub was in horrible condition. It now looks brand new. Very happy with the process. Little smell after. Would highly recommend.

When I spoke with the pro he mentioned not to use anything abrasive. He was very informative and he was punctual. He cleaned up after himself. He was good. I would recommend him. I was pleased with the job

Person cancelled twice and towards nearing the date of job to be done he was very hard to reach.

The workman was punctual and the tub looked good when finished, BUT the care and maintenance sheet explains that the bottom will be rough for about 3 weeks due to dust particles caught during the re-glazing, but will "dematerialize" to leave a "smooth, glossy texture." This never happened. The bottom is still rough and CANNOT be properly cleaned. I contacted the company (Rich) at least 5 times, and he promised the owner would get back to me. That never happened- and the reglazing took place 3 MONTHS ago.

Rich did a good job & was neat.

Process was done in less than 2 hours. Results were excellent.

This company was extremely easy to work with, professional, prompt, clean, and they delivered a great result. They turned my Mamie-Eisenhower-blue tub into a beautiful white tub. Totally recommend.

Please describe (in detail) the services performed (10,000 character limit):  The bathroom tiles and bathtub was completely reglazed, and an anti slip bottom was also included in the tub. The bathtub had to be stripped because it was previously reglazed. 8. How did it go overall? Tell us the story from start to finish (10,000 character limit): Antonio, the owner, and refinisher called to say he was running about 15 minutes late. When he arrived, he was prepared and started working immediately. There is no staff who assist in the work. The job began around 9:45 am and was completed by 4:00 pm, As promised, the bathroom was vacuumed and washed down. There was no residual mess for me to clean in the bathroom or any other area of my house. Antonio was extremely neat and clean. My initial review reflects how impressed I was with the work and results of the refinishing. Grade A all the way Towards the end of October, I began to notice cracks between the tub wall and bathtub, and in the corners. I called and spoke with Richard, the primary contact for the company. He requested that I email him pictures to send to Antonio. Two weeks passed, and I did not receive a return email or phone call. I called and left a message for Richard, who replied by email approximately 3 days later about my concerns. My last contact with Richard took place on 12/6/2017. He told me that Antonio is the only person who could respond to my issues and that there was nothing he could do. Richard says his role in the family business, is part-time and very limited. Antonio is the person who responds to customer and work-related issues. I told Richard that I would pursue other actions unless Antonio called me the next day. It is 12/8/2017 and I have not received any response from Antonio. I am disgusted by the total lack of customer courtesy and follow up. Tony did a great job, took approximately 2 hours. The tub in my apartment was dingy and almost gray in color, it now is sparkling white. Would highly recommend.

The experience was positive in every respect. The proprietors were very responsive, and provided an accurate quote (which included a promotional discount). They scheduled dates that were very favorable to my needs, an provided an expected arrival time with a very narrow window (30 minutes -- which was kept), so I did not need to wait around for hours wondering when they would arrive. Each project was completed within about 3+ hours. When the work was done, the bathroom was left very clean. There was a minor odor of volatile compounds (not particularly unpleasant) that persisted overnight (for one tub) and for just a few hours (the second tub), but by the next day, it had dissipated. I thought the price was very reasonable. I am also extremely pleased with the results -- the two bathtub/shower stalls look wonderful. It has only been a short time since the work was completed, so I cannot vouch for the durability yet, but as to the experience, price, and immediate result, I am extremely pleased, and enjoy looking and using the new tubs every time I take a shower. I would highly recommend Westchester Refinishing!

They did a great job, very professional, I am an interior designer...Antonio the bathtub refinisher sent me a text message in the morning confirming our appointment and the time he would be arriving. He arrived on time, he went over the work order to confirm everything was correct and asked if I had any questions. When completed my blue bathtub was a beautiful white just as they promised? My client and I were very  happy with the results.  I will definitely recommend their services to my clients.

Tony came to our home expecting to perform a standard bathtub reglazing.  What he found is tha our tub had 3 coats of glaze and a coat of house paint that had to be removed.  He discussed this with us, suggested a cost for the additional work and proceeded to do an excellent job.  The tub looks beautiful and the additional cost was very reasonable.  A very good experience from start to fining - and I highly recommend.

Very Prompt Response. Communication is excellent. Estimate acquired by sending a photograph (they have been in the business for a long time). A work date was secured quickly. The work was done in a day. Professional results. I love my bathroom again.

He took a look and was very honest and told me that crack was too bad and he could cover it up but it would reappear after awhile. The crack went all the way through the sink and he recommended I replace it. I really appreciated that he told me the truth and didn't try to sell me something that wouldn't last the test of time.
