Audio/Video Experts (Videson Electronics Inc.)

Videson Electronics Inc are excellent.  Their price was reasonable. The man that I worked with was very knowledgeable and he suggested a couple of options and we picked one that was best for us. I had a time for him that I really need to get this done and he was very responsive to that and was very quick to arrange to appointment.

Videson was very accommodating as to our preferred appointment time and spent time making sure we were comfortable with the new TV features and remote.  He was knowledgeable, professional and showed up on time.  He also called about a month later to ensure we were still happy with the TV and it's operation and asked if we had any additional questions.  An all around positive experience.

WOW WHAT A AN HONEST PROFESSIONAL.BUSINESS MAN.  WE CALLED TO SEE IF OUR TV COULD BE FIXED AND AFTER A FEW QUESTIONS THE OWNER ACTUALLY TOLD US IT WOULD BE CHEAPER TO BUY A NEW TV.   WHEN DOES THAT EVER HAPPEN,  EVEN THOUGH WE DIDN'T USE HIS SERVICES I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY JUST BASED ON HONESTY.

We dealt with Rich, the owner, and found him to be very helpful (trying to help us correct the problem over the phone and avoid a house call which he said would be a minimum charge of $80). Since the phone suggestions didn't work Rich scheduled a time the next day, arrived on time, and repaired the TV. Rich was very courteous, prepared, informative about his work and how his company set up new systems, and did repair our TV! When I asked why his charge was $150 (as opposed to what he quoted) he said it was due to the time spent here (which was about 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hrs). I must add, Rich knew his job and I would call him again.
