It is difficult ot deal with this company unless you are happy with only doing this on line. We are covered and I am glad about that. $500/month for people who are not given health insurance as a benefit is not a good deal. We only have it in case of major health issues. I hope we don't run into that problem.

Agent I talked to didn't understand what I was asking about. After about a half hour or so I got the person to kind of understand a little bit but I was getting frustrated so I ended the call.

It is sometimes hard to get medications approved if they are not on the insurance companies approved list. Pre approval can take up to 2 weeks sometimes. But it generally does give final approval after speaking with a family Doctor.
