They responded quickly, it was an emergency situation for us and they were able tog et us up and running and were very helpful in the process.

We met Mike, the owner, at his display at the Altamont Fair. Mike answered all our questions and asked if we would like a quote. HIs wife called us the following week for an appointment. Mike came out on time to explain the process and give us a quote. He looked over the layout and we discussed where the best place for the generator to be installed would be and what circuits we would like hooked up to the automatic switch. He gave me a quote and left the decision up to my wife and me. At no time did Mike pressure us.When we decided to go ahead with the generator installation, I called Mike and scheduled the installation for the following Wednesday.
Mike's son, Matthew (Matt) does all the generator installations. He showed up bright and early Wednesday morning and promptly started work. His assistant did most of the electrical hookup while Matt worked on getting the generator pad ready for the generator and the generator hooked up to the natural gas line and the auto switch box. Mike showed up to see how things were going and to make sure I was satisfied with service so far. He helped Matt get the generator onto the pad. After Matt checked the installation, we tested the generator to make sure all the right breakers were being transfered the generator. We dicussed operation and maintenance and job was done. Matt left around 2:30 pm.
Since the installation, we have briefly lost power three or 4 times and the generator performed as it should. It has also self tested every Monday without issue.

The work that they did was excellent. They did an extremely professional job. They did all the research. It was difficult dealing with another company to get approvals and everything, but they were very persistent. However, they did it and they did everything they said they were going to do. We couldn't be more pleased. Their price is the best that I know. I would use their services in the future too.
