The quality of work they do is good. That is where the good ends though. We hired them to replace our dead water pressure tank. And they did replace it, with a smaller tank though, and without telling us. When we noticed the tank was smaller that same night, we contacted them about fixing it as we had wanted to replace our tank with the same size. They said they could do that, but the tank we wanted (the same one we previously had) would be $400. So I googled the tank and found it online for $220. I then asked if they would swap the tank with the one I could purchase online and they said they do not install items that customers purchase themselves. The resolution to this situation was that I had to order the new tank myself and redo the work they had previously done. In the end, I paid them $200 for me to install my own pressure water tank. Finally, their labor costs are pretty high for the area ($165 for a 1 hour service call). The contractor we usually use for our major house renovations is only $75/hr.
