I like them. They are good. Normally, I wait for my car, and when you wait for it they are prompt. IF you have a ten O’ clock appointment they take it in at ten O’ clock, barring there are no problems, they are usually done within a short period of time thereafter. They make appointments. They do good service, they are a quick service and I like the people there. The mechanics are good. Where you have a problem, they are really good at solving it. Last year, I had a problem with the light on my car on and they fixed the problem but you have to wait for the check engine light to reset itself. I waited for a week but it hadn’t reset yet, so I took it back and he gave me his checker, and when you plug it in, I can count it on his checker when the lights all went out and the flags had changed. As soon as the flags had changed, I took it back to him and he inspected it and he didn’t have to do that but he was really nice about it. He was really helpful in working that out and I like that about them. They have always really good working things out. I really trust them and believe what they find is really something wrong.

They are good. They take care of everything I ask. They are reasonably priced. They explained what exactly was wrong.

Good thing I went in there early, I went in to get my car inspected. My car was actually running really good, they did the inspection and everything was fine. When I got up there and went to turn the car and drive it down because I had an appointment, the engine wouldn't come on. It turned out that it was something environmental, they had to replace a valve and they just looked at the codes and the car was 2007 so it wasn't unusual for it to go so they replaced it. They replaced it then you have to turn it over, you had to clear all the codes. The problem is I'm retired so I don't go out everyday and driving would turn it over. I go down to the store or the mall but I don't do much driving at all so I had trouble getting the codes to turn over, they did a beautiful job for it because the guy hooked up the code machine and when the codes cleared, I went in and he fixed it. He could have waited and I just drove around and checked it every once in a while but they made it really easy for me and they're really good there on appointments and fixing things, I like them a lot. They're local, they're only about two miles from where I live so it's convenient for me. All the mechanics there are good on stuff and on appointments, I like them a lot, I've been working with them for a while and they're really good. I think their price is the same as everybody else, they are very responsive, when you take it in for appointment, they take the car and work on it and give it back to you. Usually I wait for it so it's very good that they are punctual.

Appointment was easy to setup and accommodated my scheduled. Friendly greeting upon arrival. Given actuate estimate of completion. Pleasant waiting area. Work completed on time.
