All Seasons Heating and Cooling

We thought they fixed it so we paid them. Then, they left and we came to find out that they did not. We called them. They came back and spent four hours trying to sort out the problem but did not charge us for the four hours. They decided that it needed a part which they needed to order from the manufacturer. They ordered the part which took two weeks to get. So, it was a long time for that. They came back and replaced that. It is still not working perfectly like it should.  We did pay for the part and for the service call to replace it. We are still not satisfied that it is not working properly. We are in contact with them to see what else they can do. I am not clear that their technician who came the first time actually knew what was going on. We are not sure if we are going to use them again. If they will continue to work with us to sort the problem out and not charge us a bunch of money again, then yes because we will need to have a new heat pump sooner or later and we would use them if they continue to provide good service. If they do not, then we would not use them again.
