Asking a stranger to come into your home and help you wrangle all your "stuff" can be an emotional task, but Alicia was always patient and understanding. She was also 100% professional all the time. Alicia was always on time, non-judgemental, and communicated clearly. I've always struggled with organizing my home so I've tried lots of organizational techniques in the past. What I loved about working with Alicia is that she taught us how to stay organized, while always asking: Is this realistic for you? How can we make this work for your household? I've since moved to Brooklyn and have been able to maintain the organization in my new apartment for the first time, using what I learned from Alicia.
