 + -1 moreI've been in twice, and both times I was greeted by someone willing to help me out. They all new what they were talking about and it seemed like it was family owned and operated. Great selection, decent hardware store prices. Definitely will go there often.
Description of Work: Just moved here and they have been very helpful recommending great contractors to work with. Everyone who answers the phone seems to know what they're talking about. Neighbors have unanimously told me that this is the place to go. Also needed to purchase a couple of household items and they had them in stock and took care to make sure I was purchasing the right part. Went to the other local hardware store for very simple common screws to re-install my cabinets. They wanted me to buy a box of screws that looked close enough to the right size but clearly weren't. Was shocked. Go to Reader instead.

 + -1 moreThey are fabulous and friendly. Everybody in the area knows them because we all think they are so much better than another hardware store that is closer to us. They always seem to have what I want; they have tremendous stock and service; when I go in there normally are about 5 or 6 people there to help me. Their prices are reasonable and competitive with the big box stores and their service is better. I go a couple of extra miles to shop there.
Description of Work: I shop at Reader True Value Hardware. Today I bought some light bulbs.
