vacuum cleaners
+ -1 moreWhen I had trouble with my machine, my local dealer insisted that it was rebuilt - which it is not - and therefore not under warranty. It took a long time to resolve the issue, as each Customer Service rep gave me a different answer. I ultimately contacted Mr. Oreck's office directly and it still took a long time.
Description of Work: Vacuum cleaner. Most disappointing. Barely average cleaning on floors and carpet, clumsy, unattractive design that does not feel good to use. I don't like having to have an entirely separate unit (also clumsily designed and ugly) to do stairs, window sills and corners.
