Joe is true professional. Dryer was not heating properly and could see lint particles. Took his time to explain the operation of the machine and impact of cleaning out the vent. Protected the surround areas and got down to the job. Thorough clean up and reasonable price. Machine works great and would know and work was done as the place was left meticulous.

Our 20 year old water heater stopped working and we scrambled to find a repair person who could come and fix it same day. Cold showers are not fun lol. We called Joe and asked if he could replace the water heater today. He came by our house, looked at the water heater, and recommended replacing it. He showed us some options from Home Depot. We decided on one. He went to Home Depot to pick it up, came back, and installed it same day! He also charged us half the price our local plumber quoted us. We highly recommend Joe!
